Zillow

http://zillow.com/ is an online real estate database that was founded in 2005 by a former Microsoft executive and founders of Expedia.  The website uses a proprietary algorithm call the "Zestimate" to appraise property values bvased on undisclosed factors.  Zillow is a wonderful website that helps you find deals on estate.  It helps realtors, buyers and sellers educate themselves and be a ware of as many details as possible that have to deal with buying a potential home.  In the future if I'm looking for a house, I will be using Zillow.
